| All the products we offer are built, Hand painted, and designed by us. Therefore time will be needed to complete your orders . We are giving a time frame of up to 6 weeks, but it could be sooner according to how many orders are ahead of you. Smaller Items are up to 2 weeks at most during regulars seasons. Longer for Sept - Dec Sometimes immediate, you must email and ask if this can be the case. All our products are built one at a time and custom to your needs. No Refunds are given as all orders are custom. Exchanges only customer will be responsible for shipping charges. They are not taken out of a box or imported and ready to go. We totally custom make them one at a time and paint them one at a time to insure the greatest possible product. If you have a Special Needs child that needs to have a piece of furniture built to work with their Challenge please contact us and we would be more than happy to make that Special child feel even more Special Custom colors and matching of your fabrics and swatches are always welcome as we want everyone to be able to have a piece in there home that goes with your decor. Primary colors are a $6.00 upcharge per every color we use. Red, Blues, Greens, Oranges, That we do not normally stock. If we find we have that one on hand we will not charge you for that color. There is NO MDF used in any of our products, it is built with quality grade birches, that are tough. We have used these for 22 years and Never had a problem with stability or wear. They are not for outdoor use. These are custom pieces and therefore cannot be returned unless damaged in shipping. If your package arrives severely damaged before you open it, Please do Not open the carton, Simply file a claim and return the damaged merchandise to the shipping company. We also are shipping each piece with insurance Shipping will be the most reasonable way, via, USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, all ground service unless the customer wants it shipped air and pays the difference. You are also responsible for shipping charges if merchandise is returned. Must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. We at Spoilt Rottn also are not responsible for any injuries from our products. We strive to make them as safe as possible without sacrificing design. To this date we have never had injury issues presented to us because of faulty Craftsmanship. We do hope that you will find something to order from us, and know that you will not be disappointed for future purchases. We do offer larger pieces but not on the Internet due to shipping issues.
